The Balochistan chapter of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested three people allegedly involved in the illegal “leasing” of state land worth billions of rupees.
NAB officials said an investigation had revealed that the former town nazim of Zarghoon, Qahar Wadan, had illegally leased out state land to his relative and later received money in his brother’s bank account. This was done in connivance with officers of the Metropolitan Corporation Quetta.
