Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani on Sunday said Balochistan Assembly Speaker Mir Quddus Bizenjo will not resign. Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has assured the speaker of resolving his reservations.
“We will strengthen Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and resolve issues with the collaboration of CM Kamal and Speaker Bizenjo,” the chairman said while addressing newsmen after an informal meeting at the residence of Saeed Hashmi.
The meeting was arranged in honor of the Senate chairman. Manzoor Kakar and Mir Sarfraz Bugti were also present in the meeting.
Sanjrani said that the statement from the speaker was a reaction to political turmoil in Balochistan. The CM has assured the speaker of resolving his reservations as soon as possible.
