The Punjab government has offered its assistance in establishing a cardiology centre and children’s hospital in Balochistan.
This came in a meeting in Lahore where Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal called on his Punjab counterpart Sardar Usman Buzdar on Sunday.
During the meeting, ideas were exchanged to promote mutual interest and inter-provincial cooperation. Both chief ministers gave their consent to work together for the development of ‘Naya Pakistan’.
On the occasion, CM Buzdar said “We have to make such Naya Pakistan cooperatively where the common man will prosper”.
He said that Punjab government was also looking forward to helping other provinces in development work. “Balochistan has a key role in Naya Pakistan and is very close to my heart,” Buzdar said, adding that they would help in establishing a cardiology centre and children’s hospital in Balochistan.
