Provincial Information Minister Mir Zahoor Buledi has said on Wednesday, Gwadar port is going to turn into the economic hub of International trade saying CPEC and Belt and Road Projects will change the fortune of Balochistan.
Addressing two day Seminar in Egypt conducted by South Asian Strategic Stability Institute (SASSI) Provincial Information Minister Zahoor Buledi said, Pakistan and Egypt have importance in the region geographically and economically adding both countries could start new economic ties for future’s stability,
“Asian countries are fully replete with natural resources including oil and gas, one third oil in the world being produced from Asia while 17 percent oil reservoir exists in this region, which indeed increase the importance of this region across the world.” Buledi added.
Sharing the importance of Gwadar Port Provincial Information Minister said, Gwadar ad Swiss Canal were the most secure routes for oil transportation in rest of the world stressing on functionalization of both routes.
“Following the importance of Gwadar Port in the world, Government of Pakistan has been developing Gwadar Port with modern values because the future of Balochistan and Pakistan lies upon Gwadar port functionalization.” Zahoor Buledi said adding Pakistan and Egypt should enhance their trade and economic ties for the future of both nations.
