The Acting President and Chairman Senate of Pakistan, Sadiq Sanjrani has said that Gwadar is going to emerge a big water and land route between entire region and contents which would create economic and trade opportunities for different countries.
Speaking at the Standing Committee of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly for political affairs and special Committee for establishing Asian Parliament, here in the Pakistan’s new port city of Gwadar, he said that 88 delegates of 23 countries and Secretary General of Inter-Parliamentary Union were attending the moot.
He said that the forum comprising representatives of Asian Parliament was working for the promotion of partnership, peace, development, democracy and stability in region and it will help in taking effective measures for the promotion of positive politics and would guide toward modern thoughts.
He said that Pakistan fully supports efforts being made for finding out the solution of the problems and prosperity in the Asian region under international agenda. He said the political changes emerging in the Asian region demands to work jointly for marinating law and order, development and prosperity and find out the solution of the issues through diplomatic measures and dialogue.
