Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Justice Tahira Safdar has said the bar and benches have major responsibilities for the supremacy of law and providing quick justice.
She shared these views while inaugurating the high court’s rest house in the port city of Gwadar where she also visited the session court Gwadar and held meeting with the lawyers’ community.
“The high court and all district courts need to play an effective role for ensuring a speedy justice system in the province,” said Justice Safdar adding it is the responsibility of the judiciary to maintain the provision of justice in society.
