Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani asked Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Friday to resolve the issue of Balochistan’s share of water coming through the Kirthar and Pat Feeder canals.
Mr Alyani telephoned the Sindh chief minister and informed him that due to alleged water stealing in Sindh, farmers of Balochistan’s green belt of Naseerabad division were facing serious water shortage and their crops were getting destroyed.
He asked the Sindh chief minister to take immediate measures to address the issue.
