Government School Teachers from the southern part of Balochistan have arrived in Quetta for the second edition of our Safar-e-Mualim, based on training sessions, exposure visits and official interactions.
The opening sessions of VOB’s Safar-e-Mualim were led by the wise words of Inspector General Balochistan Police Abdul Khalique Sheikh & Principal Tameer e Nau Model School Tariq Hussain Mangi on the Importance of Civic Education & Law Abidance, and the Role of Teachers in Society Building.

Honourable Commander 12 Corps Lt General Asif Ghafoor interacted with the delegation of government school teachers from the southern part of Balochistan, under “Safar-e-Mualim” by VOB, followed by a detailed Q&A session.

The delegation of government school teachers from the southern part of Balochistan visited the historical Miri Fort in Quetta built in 1883 to explore the heritage of the province as a part of VOB’s Safar-e-Mualim.

A session on Time, Anger & Anxiety management was delivered by Psychologist Behram Lehri, as a toolbox of strategies to help teachers & students manage difficult emotions before they escalate into problems, as a part of VOB’s Safar-e-Mualim.



A session on Responsible News Sharing, Lawful Earning, Preventing Drug Abuse and Violent Extremism was led by Journalist Shahid Rind and Islamic Scholar Dr Atta ur Rehman as a part of VOB’s Safar-e-Mualim.





Social and Disability Rights Activist Zia Khan delivered a motivational session on ‘Building a Progressive Society and Positive Role of Individuals’ inspiring the audience to lead by change, as a part of VOB’s Safar-e-Mualim.




At the special request of teachers through our platform, Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo was very kind to award laptops to the participants followed by an interactive session as a part of VOB’s Safar-e-Mualim.



We are grateful to our Alumni Assistant Professor University of Balochistan Dr Siraj Bashir, Assistant Registrar University of Makran Aftab Aslam Baloch, and Lecturer Government Degree College Saryab Saleh Muhammad for joining us & sharing their worthy experience.



The teachers from the southern part of Balochistan spent a day in Ziarat and visited the famous landmark Quaid-e-Azam Residency to witness the historical significance of the national monument & pay tribute to the Founder of the Nation.


The journey of this year’s Safar-e-Mualim came to an end with a certificate & books distribution ceremony for the teachers as a farewell gift from VOB to enliven the teaching-learning process & as a tribute to the torchbearers of knowledge.
