QUETTA: Drug Court Quetta on Monday has issued arrest warrants of the company owners, medical stores and others involved in the ugly trade of spurious medicines.
According to the details, the hearing against pharmaceutical company Sherak Pharma, Inkaar Pharma, Medicare Pharma, City Marketing, Hamnawa Medical Store, Amin Medical Store, Ahsan Medical Store, Rehman Medical Store, Imran Medical Store, Ghulam Nabi Medical Store, Bismillah Medical Store, Super Salman Medical Store, Qudratullah Medical Store, Rehmat Medical Store, Rizwan Medical Store, Abdullah and other medical stores took place in the Drug Court Quetta Justice chaired by Chairman Abdul Majeed Nasir, members Arsalan Khan and Gul Alam.
The court issued arrest warrants of Managing Director of Medicare Pharma Muhammad Ali Sheikh, Production In-charge Munsib Qureshi while it also issued arrest warrants of pharmaceutical companies authorities Muhammad Taufeeq and Javed Dhandia.
Moreover, bill of indictment was also imposed on owners of different medical stores. The court also ordered to dispatch a letter to the Drug Regulatory Authority to cancel the licenses of the said companies.
