The Balochistan Budget with a total volume of around Rs 320 billion, the biggest ever in the political history, will be presented before the Provincial Assembly on June 9 next.
Adviser to the Chief Minister on Finance, Sardar Aslam Bizenjo will present the budget for the Assembly.
According official sources, massive spending planned on education, health and law and order and these sectors will get major share of the budget, the sources said.
This time again, the Provincial Government proposes a big allocation of Rs 80 billion on the development budget which will be an increase of 10 billion over the past spending of Rs 70 billion, the official sources indicated.
Budget of 2017-18 will be presented on 9 June at 4 PM by advisor to Chief Minister for finance Sardar Aslam Bizenjo at Balochistan Assembly.
The budget of Balochistan for the next year will be of RS 320 billion in which education, health and law and order are on the top priorities.
There are clear chances that there will be an increase in the pensions and salaries of government employees by 10 percent and the salaries of labors will be minimum 15 thousands following the footprints of the Federal Budget.
The official sources insisted that it will be a development oriented budget with greater emphasis on development and many new development schemes will be launched.
