Noor ul Haq Baloch is the current Secretary Education in Balochistan. He is from district Panjgur of the province and has been at the forefronts of revamping the much neglected education sector through sweeping educational reforms, mainly at primary and secondary level.
Mr. Noor ul Haq recently launched a comprehensive education Complaint Management System CMS that records complaints from parents and others through phone calls and emails via a dedicated UAN number and Education Management Information System website at CMIS Gov Of Balochistan
