Helena Saeed is from Quetta, Balochistan. She is the first Additional Inspector General of Police in the history of Pakistan and also currently the highest ranking female officer at Police Service of Pakistan (PSP).
Helena Saeed is a true inspiration for women throughout the country. She has braved all odds and faced challenges with courage and impregnable will power. She joined the elite services after the martyrdom of her husband ASP Rizwan Khan Tareen (also a CSP officer).
