QUETTA: Inspector General of Frontier Corps, Balochistan, Major General Nadeem Ahmed, has said that martyrs are assets of nation whose sacrifices cannot be forgotten ever.
He said this while talking to the family members of Shaheed Commander Abdul Razaq after conveying condolences to the family. He said that Commander Razaq was a brave solider and son of a great mother who rendered sacrifice of his life for the protection of hundreds of other lives.
IG FC also handed over a cheque of two hundred and fifty thousand rupees to the family for financial support and said that all the security forces would make all possible efforts for the eradication of terrorism. He said that security forces have arrested and killed different terrorists from various parts of the province.
Speaking to the media, mother of Shaheed Abdul Razzaq said that Government has not delivered upon the promises of financial assistance following the martyrdom of Abdul Razaq. She said that her son was a law abiding and obedient police personnel who preferred his professional life over his private life. She added that the children and family of Abdul Razzaq are facing financial issues and he appealed to the authorities to assist the family of Shaheed Abdul Razzaq.
