Waja Jan Mohammad Dashti is a Baloch intellectual, poet, author and a former career bureaucrat from #Dasth Kunchiti of district Kech in Balochistan. His name has become synonymous with success through hard work and personal application.
Mr. Dashti has spawned a good number of young bureocrats and initiated them in country’s precious civil service (CSS) and provincial civil service (PCS).
He has written a number of books. His book The Baloch Cultural Heritage in 1982 focuses on Baloch culture and history, alongwith his Essays on Baloch National Struggle in Pakistan: Emergence, Dimensions and Repercussions.
