QUETTA: Chairman Drug Court Quetta Justice Abdul Majeed Nasir and members Gul Alam Khan and Irsalan Khan issued nonbailable arrest warrants to 8 nominated medical store owners for failing to appear before court in the case of sale of non registered medicines and sale and purchase of medicines without license.
The arrests warrants for issued here on Thursday in which the nominated accused Hakeem Dad of Zahir Medical Store, Abdul Wahab of New Complex Clinic and Medical Store, Zain uddin of Zain Medical Store, Shamsullah of Hamdard Pharmacy, Anwar of Shams Medical Store, Akbar Ali of Al Rehman Medical Store, Samiullah of Hanzala Medical Store, and owner of Bilal Medical store. The accused failed to appear before the court on which court issued nonbailable arrest warrants of the accused and order police to arrest the nominated accused in the case.
