QUETTA: President of Pakistan Muslim league (Q) Balochistan and provincial Minister of Revenue and Transport Sheikh Jafar Khan Mandhokel has claimed to have brought improvement in Transport Sector, adding that,” the high standards of public transport of Balochistan in the entire country is the biggest example of it.
He called it an honor for them and added, the second achievement is ending the monopoly of transporters in the routes and today new and modern public transports are seen running in the highways.
He expressed these views in a program held in the honor of him by the Supreme Council of Pakistan Transporters. Whereas all the owners of transports companies of Balochistan were there on the occasion.
Jafar Khan Mandhokel was awarded shield due to his outstanding performance in the field of transport.
Provincial Minister further claimed to have bringing development in the transport sector in Balochistan. The national highways are not the belongings of some monopoly partners but the belongings of government and general people and latest system and better facilities are the need of the people.
Jafar Khan Mandhokel thanked the transport owners for their support and said authority can play a role of improvement in every district.
He said transports owners will be provided every possible facilities and measures will be taken to sort out the problems of them.
On the occasion Commissioner Zhob division Gulam Farid while praising provincial Minister Jafar Khan Mandhokel said an obvious change has come in transport sector in Zhob division and people are getting better facilities. Secretary Transport Authority Balochistan Abdul Khaliq Mandhokel on the occasion said whatever changes have come during these three years in transports sectors the credit goes to provincial minister Jafar Khan Mandhokel.
Meanwhile owners of transports made aware the provincial minister their issues and hardships.
