Balochistan government is utilizing all available resources to overcome shortage of potable water in Balochistan. 

An official of Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan told our correspondent in Quetta on Sunday, that construction work on several incomplete water supply schemes in different areas of the province is underway.

The official said a project of construction of ten small dams in order to provide clean drinking water facility to a maximum number of local population is also in progress.

He said that the project would be accomplished at a cost of more than four hundred ninety-three million rupees.
