Voice of Balochistan’s first workshop in the series on ‘Cyber Harassment’ started on 17 June 2019 this workshop was held at Tameer-e-Nau Girls College, Islamia Girls College, Quary Girls College and Gen Musa Girls College Quetta. The workshop aims to spread awareness among the students of Balochistan about Cyber Harassment. Amara Arshad was the speaker of this workshop. This workshop covered various topics related to cyber harassment, its laws, rescue helpline and its prevention.
More than 650 students from age 16 to 18 along faculty of the institute attended the workshop.
Informative Borucher on the topic were also distributed among the students and faculty. A Question and Answere session was held by the end of every worskhop.
A positve feedback was recieved from the attendees of the workshop which ended with a positive message ie ‘say no to cyber harassment’.
