Criticising the provincial government over its failure to create jobs, veterinarians in the province have threatened to set fire to their credentials and degrees outside the Balochistan Assembly in protest.
Addressing the media outside the Quetta Press Club, Dr Sana Baloch and Dr Inayat Kakar among others stated that the government’s failure to create vacancies was adversely affecting their personal and professional lives, particularly veterinarians. “At least 1,600 veterinarians are sitting idle across the province,” said the protesters.
