Expressing their concerns over burgeoning coal mine accidents in Balochistan, the Central Mine Federal and Industrial All Global Union have protest on Friday demanding safety and lifesaving equipment for mine workers.
The mine worker unions have protested In front of Quetta Press Club chanting fully throat slogans against provincial government’s lack of interest over mine incidents in Balochistan. They have carried out placards and banners inscribed with their demands.
Chairman APMF Muhammad Zameen said, from last three years 315 mine workers have been killed while in 2018 total 98 coal miners have lost their lives during mining work in coal mines.
