At least eight persons said to have gone missing up to three years ago have returned to Gwadar and Panjgur areas, officials said on Wednesday.
They said that seven persons who were missing since long were handed over to police in Panjgur town while another man returned home in Gwadar after a long absence.
The seven persons who returned to Panjgur were: Abdul Hameed, son of Mohammad Hussain; Naveed Ahmed, son of Haji Iqbal; Siraj, son of Imamuddin; Abdul Qudoos, son of Noor Bakhsh; Abdul Rasheed, son of Gul Mohammad; Mohammad Saeed, son of Mohammad Karim; and Hasan, son of Umaid Ali.
